This article outlines that the document co-written by Robert Marleau, the former clerk of Parliament and Camille Montpetite, former Deputy Clerk of Parliament has been updated. These two co-wrote the House of Commons Procedure and Practice in 2000 and as of November 18th, 2009, this political "Bible" has been updated to include just about everything, including the Governor General's decision to allow Stephen Harper to postpone the House last year.
