New Ontario Green Party Leader

After this weekend, the Green Party of Ontario will have a brand new leader. Current leader Frank de Jong announced that he was stepping down back in May and this weekend his replacement will be chosen in London, Ontario. The 3-day leadership convention will not only establish a new leader but it will also pay tribute to de Jong and his 16 years of service to the party. Mike Schreiner, Toronto businessman and former policy co-ordinator for the party, is expected to succeed de Jong as leader.
