Ticket scandal brewing?

In this article, there is some controversy because 2,000 tickets for the Vancouver Olympics have been reserved for people who work in government and government officials. There are 1.6 million Olympic tickets that are printed and only 896,000 that are available to Canadian residents, which they can purchase, but only through a complicated lottery system. The Canadian Heritage Department spent $447,000 for reserving the tickets.
