Liberal troubles in Quebec

It looks like Denis Coderre - Michael Ignatieff's Quebec lieutenant - was absent during a speech given by the Count Iggster Sunday. This is a big deal, since - while it's already clear Coderre will be replaced as Quebec lieutenant - speculation exists as to whether he'll dissent further, including rumours that he may join with fellow Montrealers Jack Layton and Thomas Mulclair in the NDP (blog rumours, not broad rumours).
