Ontario takes on big tobacco
The provincial government of Ontario launches a 50 billion dollar lawsuit against big tobacco. The overall goal of this majestic lawsuit is to pay for the health damages done by cigarettes and second-hand smoke over the years. Only New Brunswick and British Columbia have lead similar lawsuits, but none to the extent of this one.
