Court Challenge of 2008 Election Dismissed
A Federal Court judge has dismissed a case challenging the legality of Prime Ministers Stephen Harper's snap election call last fall. Judge Michel M.J. Shore said that this case was outside the court's juridiction, bearing in mind the separation of powers under constitutional supremacy.
