Apology sought from government

A Moroccan-Canadian man wants an apology form federal government.  He was imprisoned or under surveillance for six years under a federal security certificate as he was labeled an terrorist.  He said he is not seeking compenesation, he just wants the label off his name.  Charkaoui spent 2 years detatined and 4 years on house arrest as he was believed to have connections with the terrorist group, Al-Qaeda.
